I like eating. I'm thank for being healthy. I like bread so sometimes I eat bread for breakfast and lunch. Especially I like cinnamon breads. I heard that cinnamon is good for my beauty. And I
like sandwiches. It can take fresh vegetables. It is also good for my health. However the bread is so yummy it is high calories. It made of a lot of butter and sometimes added sugars. If I eat bread too much I become fat and get daises. To be healthy I should be careful what I eat and how amount I eat the food. It is also important to thank for the healthy body and given the good foods always. I should not forget it. I think eating with my precious like friends or family is a good time for me.
