Food/ eating habits

Food is very close to our health. We should keep good eating habits. However in this age espesially young people break turbulent their eating habits.They often skip breakfast in the morning. However breakfast is very important diet because that work to stimulate the brain and improve the temperature. It's important to start the day.Then we should consider what we eat. There are a lot of foods around us because of the globalization and there are a lot of junk foods or cup noodles and sweets.However there contain many additives in them. It's not good for health. If we eat them every day, our body would tattered in the future.We should be careful from now.(120/1806)
